VIGILANT presents a solution for the control and management of online tasks, in real time, improving productivity, efficiency and saving the time of offsite workers and those in the office.<\/p>\n

The VIGILANT CLOUD System replaces paper. Work orders, forms and reports complement and improve them, they are automatic and in digital formats. EVERYTHING working in REAL TIME: From a mobile phone carried by the worker.<\/p>\n

From the online platform VIGILANT in the office you can plan from day one all the tasks (Preventive and Corrective) and follow up online, knowing at all times all those that are pending, in progress or finished and canceled. It also creates automatic alerts and reports of any information that is needed, as everything is parameterized: the task performed, presence, time, customer information, also the route and GPS position of the employee.

The client may also have access to his account information (with the visualization and permissions indicated by the company), or may receive the work orders and reports of the work done.<\/p>\n

    When the client signs a maintenance contract, in the online platform VIGILANT the tasks to be carried out throughout the year are programmed, the technician will have in the\u00a0 VIGILANT PLANNING AND TASKS APP the agenda with all the pending tasks to be carried out for\u00a0 that client, and will receive an ACUDAS alert, will be able to elaborate the Check List corresponding to the type of work to be carried out and will also be able to send any Incidence with photographs via mail. After each Task, you will be able to sign the Report\/Form and have the Client sign if required.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    SUPERVISION<\/h2><\/div>

    Once created the Check List and the Supervision Forms, the Supervisor, by means of VIGILANT PRESENCE AND TASKS APP, will select the Supervision to fill and previously he will be also able to select which worker he will inspect. In case they are programmed, in the App, when reading the Point\/Tag of the Client or of the Zone, the Supervision Form to be carried out will automatically appear.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    QUALITY AND PROCESSES<\/h2><\/div>

    With the created Forms, it is enough to place Points\/Tags in the zones to control, in the machines or Processes to audit, and the person in charge of Quality\/Processes will read the Control Point with the VIGILANT PRESENCE AND TASKS APP and will select (or it will appear if it was Planned) the Form to fill in, being sent in real time to the H.R.Department. such as any NON CONFORMITY that is generated during the audit by activating the CORRECTIVE ACTION process through the VIGILANT Platform (and the consequent CORRECTIVE Task will be programmed).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
